“嘉玲苑”位于整个小区中间偏东，采用了古典的苏式园林“三径四院落”的设计方式，占地550平方米，房屋面积350平方米，拥有三个大厅、四个院落、五个房间、六个卫生间，亭台楼阁一应俱全。假山、观景亭、池塘相映成趣，主人站在主卧室整个院子就一览无余了。据开发商透露，修建期间刘嘉玲来了三四次，提出了整改意见，譬如原本豪宅围墙高度为4.8米，但是刘嘉玲提出加高围墙的高度，从4.8米加高至5.2米以上，不知道是不是为了更好地保护隐私，预防狗仔队。购入价钱：1000万元。购入时间：2005年。
香港山顶屋
位于香港山顶和福道15号，约446平方米，并有花园约139平方米，传她打算重新装潢此别墅，作为与梁朝伟的爱巢。购入价钱：7300万元。购入时间：2006年底。

丹枫苑是刘嘉玲卖掉上海“东方剑桥”的物业后新购的房产。丹枫苑由18套豪华公寓及复式单位面积组成，面积109至220平方米不等。刘嘉玲购得的是4楼220平方米朝北的复式，而杨恭如、郑中基也居于这里的三楼。购入价钱：约400多万元。购入时间：2007年。
重庆江景豪宅
